You are eligible for a 3-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund if the request is made within 3 calendar days of activation for a new hosting order.
Important: Reseller Hosting plans are non-refundable due to upfront resource allocation.

- Domain Registration & Renewals
- Suspended/Terminated Accounts
Note: Domains are non-refundable once registered, as they are instantly provisioned with registries.
2. Refund Conditions
- Refund applies once per customer only.
- Refunds are not available after the 3-day window.
- No refund for partially used periods beyond eligibility.
- No refund if the hosting account is terminated due to TOS violation.
3. Refund Method
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or Bdads-hosting wallet, at our discretion.
- Wallet credits are non-withdrawable and non-refundable.
4. No Questions Asked
If your request meets the eligibility criteria, no explanation is required. Bdads-hosting reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, policy violations, or repeated refund requests.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in immediate account suspension, permanent service termination, and blacklisting from future purchases.
